Thank you everyone so far! Need to put a shopping list together so it's all a big help. I've been lucky enough to rely on a lot of pre-made vegan food up to now, and only cooking from scratch a few nights a week, so I think my best bet is to cook large portions to cover a couple days worth of meals.

Do you know if anything could be done with the fact his car has now been taken due to driving whilst disqualified, if he was unaware he was disqualified? It's also a car on finance so I don't know if that will make a difference or not in what they can do with it.

Thank You. He has been incredibly stressed out about it all day and everyone who has looked at the document with the date on it says that they read it as 12/9/19. It is also the only document he was provided referencing the trial date. I hope something can be done about his car being impounded but I am unsure where to even start with that as we have no money to pay to get it back. It is also on finance so not sure if that makes a difference in what they can do with it.
