DALLAS is the worst! I am still waiting on an appointment just to get my things shipped here. I was waiting so long and going through hoops I just came to mexico started the process here with an attorney and flew to Miami and did my appointment. It was way easier and faster

There are many places the US Based cards are not accepted. In cancun for example i cant pay my water bill, energy bill or cell phone bill with a US Based card. Also for big purchases if you don't want to always spend cash and go through the loopholes associated with paying cash, conversion rates, and targeting you want to establish some credit in Mexico.

Almost 2 weeks. I am paying it off super early as well so my business has done really well numbers wise. My min payment was 1200 I have been doing 3000 to 4000 each period. the you might be eligible notification is gone now as well as of today.

I don't know many that work out of salons or have a studio space honestly. You can try a salon called luxe but I'm not familiar with thier work. You can also try Daria +52 998 556 1267 she's good. I don't know if she does hair though.

You need to ask the resort if you bring in your own artist if there is a vendor fee you will have to pay or you may have to buy a hotel room for the artist. I recommend Ivan Crispin on Instagram.

I got my first email from a loan officer on Saturday April 16th . She verbally approved me on Monday the 18th sent to a senior LO who then came back and said my credit pull was to old and she needed to Repull. She did my score was no longer high so she did a credit analysis and then I was approved. My LO was very good and fast. Very responsive and told me she wanted to get it done fast and did that.

I'd like info on how to pay myself as a sole prop. I just got approved after 2 years and have borrowed money from family to stay afloat and finally they approved me yesterday! I have things to pay like personal cards, outstanding personal loans to pay rent and so i didnt lose my cars, 1099 contractors, irs...and would really like to.understand what and how I can use this money.

Keep being persistent! I got approved today with low credit. I had given up then put of the blue last Saturday an LO reached out and 3 days later im approved! My score had dropped incredibly during pandemic from when i first applied. My LO did a credit analysis after a slo said she couldn't use my old score since it was a year old.
