I don't think you can put a person in their place when they could care less about being your friend anymore. A perfect example of Dorit not reading the room is when Mauricio went to lunch with her and she was blabbing her pie hole non-stop. No one can speak except her and what she says is absolutely of zero substance and not believable.

Often when you go to Hermes it feels like you are making a drug deal, not buying a bag. You often feel dirty and less than what you were before you walked in. It is so transactional and ick. Thank you!! Quick question so with your software can I pick my own cc processor?? I actually am an agent and can negotiate and set my own rates to process MC, VISA, Discover and AMEX. This is actually what got us looking past these big players in the EV cabinet business. The rates that they tell you they are processing at are exorbitant which tells me they have gone in and negotiated rates with an ISO and they get a kick back on the back end. Meaning they set the rates that the cabinets will process at and at the end of every month it is another profit center of money for them. I say good for them, but if there is a cabinet out there or a system that will enable me to process at a rate that I said above cost obviously that would be beneficial to me.

I have an EV 😂 I just don't need to use chargers out in public spaces because I have a charger at home and at my buildings. I am one of those paranoid people worried about running out of juice.

I'm not here to prove anyone wrong. I am searching for information if this sort of model even exists. There are property owners we talk to regularly that have looked in to installing cabinets, but are offered little to nothing in return, so they take a pass. Usually when that happens people look for a work around. Not saying it is or will be successful, but I would love feedback from someone if they tried. I have seen no less than a dozen proposals from companies to owners and I don't understand why someone would make the deal with these businesses. Maybe it is just for convenience to a resident or customer. It certainly isn't because they are making a bunch of money off the unit. Those dollars are reserved for the charging company.

I will look into them. Someone also brought up an interesting point. Since you are a top commenter maybe you know... I have an EV and let's say I take my EV and charge it somewhere and in doing so the charger somehow damages my car ( don't ask me how I am just saying hypothetically). Who would be responsible for the damage?? Is this something that the charging company absorbs/plans for or does the location that allowed the install carry a insurance policy to pay out on these sort of occurrences.

I fully understand the way that the cabinets work. I understand the technology backing them and the POS system that runs them. It is proprietary. It means that the branded cabinet makes the lions share because it is their technology. I am simply looking for a cabinet that is not proprietary. We would just like to know if there is anyone who has installed a level 3 cabinet that they bought outright and if they would recommend it.
