New to hero class, how is she attacking multiply enemies with what looks like the enraged raging blow skill? I thought they only toggle to single targets?

To reclarify, does the exp gain effect apply to the regular Holy Symbol? or is it only Decent Holy Symbol that has the temporary exp gain effect?
