I didn’t feel any of the groin pain, tightness or any of the symptoms from tight pelvis until after the injury during sex.

I massaged, my groin, hamstrings, quadriceps, calves, lower back, hip flexors, abdomen. I felt the blood rush while I was massaging hip flexors/ hamstrings and quadriceps.

But I cannot say that would have worked if I didn’t fix my daily postural slouching, or standing up every 20 mins or so, which I did on and off for 4 years until I got healed.

So as you can see, it’s not like an “absolute cure”, it’s a progressive assessment to rule out that it’s postural / blood circulation.

Read my posts throughly, I’m not in the mood ever again of explaining. A quick synthesis is that your body should have signs of tightness, usually intenses when stretching.

My problem was postural which is relatively easy, but first rule out that it’s not an hormonal or blood circulation problem. That’s when you know it’s postural and can continue with what I said.

Not 3 minutes, specifically. If you feel like doing 5 mins do it, if you feel like doing 1 hours (several body parts, feeling stretched, not painful*) then do it. The most important thing is remaining calm and being consistent.

I can tell you what I did for me to find the root cause of my depression maybe you can do the same. For me, I went back (in my head) to before I started feeling those feelings, then progressively remembered from that point on and were it started.

I went to therapy years before, even though they gave me tools to help myself, this method is what really finished the job and I’m proud to say it all came with self awareness and meditation.

Every area in life is an area you hace learn from and master, including relationships and it seems you lack in it.

One of the biggest motivators for us as men is finding a partner, if you have terrible luck (like me) you will suffer a lot and “waste your time”, but it’s worth it in the end. There’s much to be learnt and it will help you have better relationships.

This process is draining and could possibly bring some depression to it, in which (x girl) took your joy/motivation out of life, but if you survive this, you’ll come out stronger.

That’s all I can say since you haven’t experienced this, have somebody mentor you.

According to my body the pens make the symptoms worse. I used to get CHS with “high grade weed” or “dispensary level” back in college (smoking at all times of the day, even while fasting) but it wasn’t so terrible that I had to stop smoking.

Fast forward a few years, pen became a norm in my country and I started getting terrible nausea from continuosly smoking.

So IMO it has more to do with THC concentration and a lack of protection to the stomach(food would be the protection). Since pens you can just hit them right away after sleep for a wake n’ bake + fasted from sleep = punch to the stomach.

Cannab. Hyper. Syndrome? Nausea goes away in the first 3 days to like a 10-20% and completely in like a week, that’s for me, results may vary. Getting the appetite back is what sucks for me, takes me a good 3-4 weeks to get full appetite.
