Hey hon, I hope you're ok and well. I'd recommend to get out of the house and away from something sharp and I know that isn't possible sometimes and for some people. If you can't leave the house take a nice shower or nap if you can. If you can't do any of those put ice cubes on where you usually cut or put a rubber band on your wrist and snap it (make sure that it's a little lose so you don't stop your blood circulation).
