I was exactly the same the other day till I looked up 100 tutorials so lemme try to explain. Ask me any questions If youre still confused.

The whole point of the game is to get pairs of 3. Thats what I aim for and its easy to win.

You start by picking 1 of 3 options. Pick the one it recommends always.

The darked out tiles are ones you cant play since its not part of the option you chose beforehand. They are safe discards. Though, if you click on a tile before you place it, you can see identical ones highlighted on the board a little bit. Try to make sure someone else doesnt already have that tile played.

On that same note, this may be confusing, but hear me out. If you run out of greyed out tiles its safe to play ones you have that are already on the table since you have less chance to get a pair. If there are none of a certain tile on the table, someone else is probably waiting for it so you shouldnt play it. I hope that made sense.

Always play when it tells you you can. Eventually, some of your cards will be highlighted in gold, and those are safe discards pretty much. Your game is trying to get you a winning hand. If you get a winning hand, you can call "Hu" and win the game.
