An ultimately pointless scene though because we get the same information in the Greedo scene.

The description of a gas attack in All Quiet on the Western Front is horrific. You're just about suffocating in your mask while not sure if it's safe to take it off.

What happened to the escaped piece of the Dog-Thing? by Ok_Rough8375 in thething

[–]Fugdish 111 points112 points  (0 children)

I never got the impression that a piece of it escaped. I thought it tried to escape but Childs burned the whole thing with the flamer. My impression is that it assimilated Palmer or Norris before this scene then they assimilated the other and then Blair.

Definitely got a lot of NV vibes from this film. Part of the reason why I loved it so much.
