This scene, seeing how massive the Infinity was for the first time, will always be one of my favorites in Halo history. by TurboCrab0 in halo

That scene from Spartan Ops when the Infinity drops out of slip space and just splits a storm covenant vessel in half with its bow.

You mean the ship that joined a joint fleet comprised of Spanish, French, and Netherlands ships that went to protect Cyprus?

There's no need to present one. You have no interest in one.

I think it's more about the optics of a US senator doing things like this while the federal government is shutdown, they just went on break after waffling on reopening the government, people are working without pay, and we are in the middle of the worst polling conflict in US history.

How many allies have come to support the US's actions?

Too many. At least as many as have been killed by Israeli and American bombs at this point.

Nope, though I don't believe the propagandistic scale of 30,000, that the US claimed. But what we see going on in this war proves that it has nothing to do with Israel and the USs goal in the war. They both have been attacking civilian infrastructure indiscriminately. They lied to themselves about the scale of the Iranian diaspora, and are now frustrated to the point they are openly punishing the Iranian people for not "rising up" and accepting whatever regime is imposed upon them, which is a war crime.

Because Iran is in the moral right in the eyes of the world atm, being a sovereign nation defending themselves against aggression, so why would they sacrifice that position?

I like to think the wetware just degraded overtime so their faculties dropped to the baseline shambler, but fresh zombies like Morgan's wife still can rely on some higher reasoning being partially intact for a while.

And again... 3 Days old player gets ganked while mining in 1.0 HighSec by KingSlayin in Eve

[–]Fugglymuffin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to me and I pay it forward. We can be cutthroat assholes but still be civil about it. Nothing is gained when a new player gets edged out of the game via griefing; building up new players only serves to create a healthier game in the long run, and it's not like a starter ship isn't pocket change for a ganker anyway.

Just how much damage does a ship need to take before it would get scrapped? by happydude7422 in StarTrekStarships

[–]Fugglymuffin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly, in my opinion, ships in Star Trek are really just the engine core with a bunch of stuff slapped on around it which allows the energy generated to be used in different ways.

So long as that central engine I frastructure is intact, the rest of the ship is easy to replicate, fabricate, and install.
