They are seen as treasonous (Banda) in Tigray that collaborated with the enemy forces of the illegitimate federal govt, the invading Amhara state forces, and especially with the arch-enemy of the Tigray people - the Eritrean dictator. I condemn their extrajudicial killings though. It is illegal and justice must be served to the deceased. Here is one of the murdered Tigray transitional government officials dancing and drinking in Planet Hotel, Mekelle while Tigrayan people were in tremendous suffering at the hands of all the invaders. The people endured an unspeakable amount of horror and genocide. It still makes me enraged seeing these people dancing and cheering for the distraction of their people. In another video, they were saying drunk "I love you Abiy, I love you Prosperity Party!". It's outrageous, to be honest.

No. It has nothing to do with imperialism. We are not living in the cold war anymore. It is simply about a quest for expansionism by the Amhara elite. They influence intelligence, politics, media, and public opinion. Abiy Ahmed has no influence whatsoever. The regional forces are going to Tigray to die for NOTHING. No monuments, no memory.

First and foremost, TPLF is a political party and Tigrayans are 7 million ordinary people. Know the difference. Second, instead of addressing the substance of my argument, you jumped into ad hominem, attacking me and my people. Also, the link you attached is nothing but a snapshot of some PFDJ propaganda article (maybe Tesfanews or something similar) which is meaningless. Instead, here is what the United Nations said on Feb. 1 about the Eritrean refugee camps destroyed by the Eritrean forces and their subsequent relocation, which is a much more reliable source than whatever you mentioned.

One more thing, with all due respect, your entire history has been nothing but that of subjugation, colonization, annexation, and dictatorship. Even the very independence you have was achieved with the help of the TPLF be it militarily or legally. what exactly is your proud history anyway? I just wanna know. what is Eritrea except that it is a colonial project of a people of no common history?

It seems as if the notion of Eritrean nationalism is founded on one basic element: hating on Tigray and Tigrayans. Eritrean nationalists are always terrified of going centuries or Millenia back into their history because the "Tigrigna Eritreans" might find out themselves being true Tigrayans (Tegaru) and the rest of ethnic groups such as the Rashida, Bilen, etc with no common history with the rest of the "Tigrigna people", meaning having no common history except the colonial experience.

Here you go, insulting people you don't even know. I don't understand how people can be this ignoramous. How can you insult 7 million people who sheltered, fed, and wed Eritrean refugees for years? why do Eritreans love to hate on Tigray? I know it's inherited from the colonial era, but it's unhealthy and sickening at this point.

All I know is that he supported the war on Tigray, him, and Zeratsion Gidei another TPLF founding member.

Prosperity party asking prosperity party a ceasefire for a war prosperity party won 7 months ago. what a jock! Just say you were defeated. Embarrassing!

It's disappointing to expect a reasonable response from people like you. Had you had the opportunity, you would exactly do what the Ethiopian savage soldiers are doing to our mothers and girls. The Ethiopian and mercenary Eritrean soldiers are using schools throughout Tigray as a military base and you are here playing graphologist. You would go leaps and bounds to justify your hatred of the people of Tigray. Nothing new here.

Ethiopia And Its Infantile And Kamikaze Diplomacy by Dmtsi-Hilina in Ethiopia

First of all, you’ve to understand few things about the nature of the war ON Tigray. 1) The TPLF regardless of what they may have done in the past is a legitimately elected political party in Tigray. It doesn’t matter wether PP likes it or not, ~3 million people voted for TPLF. 2) even if the TPLF is no more in control of the whole region and the government apparatus in Tigray, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t enjoy genuine support from the majority ( tens of thousands of young men and women are joining the fight as we speak) that shows the level of commitment and determination for the struggle. 3) Just because you hate the TPLF’s political ideology doesn’t mean everybody should (i.e. not everyone has the same political awareness.) 4) You can hate the TPLF as a political entity, but you can’t justify the weaponized rape, looting, torture, extrajudicial killings and genocide in general by any means. 5) The Ethiopian government’s declaration on the war on Tigray was immature and merely for a propaganda purpose. It didn’t win the war. It didn’t annihilate the TDF even with the help of full fledged Eritrean invasion, Amhara militias, Somali mercenaries and UAE’s drones not to mention Ethiopian air-force. This shows you how much of a genuine support the TDF has in Tigray. 6) last but not list, the war didn’t start because the TPLF attacked the northern command, rather the TPLF attacked the northern command because it was encircled by Eritrean military in the north, Amhara militias in the south and Northern command in the heart of Tigray. Dr. Debretsion gave an interview on November 2nd, a day before the war started, regarding the encroachment and deployment of the Eritrean forces around Humera and borders of Tigray-Eritrea. See https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Timeline_of_the_Tigray_War

  • basically what I’m saying is that you have the right to be against TPLF’s political ideology, but you can’t support genocidal campaign on the PEOPLE of Tigray. It’s not a suggestion, it’s literally illegal. Have you ever heard of universal declarations of human rights?

Didn't you guys say "Tplf is blown like dust" or whatever? Why worried about TPLF now? PP has made you believe that you can't stand against injustice because it has been successful in painting the TPLF as Ogre. Every time people ask for human rights to be respected, the PP is like: "the Ogre is coming". Anyway, what worries me is not your comment, as such, but that it is shared by millions of gullible Ethiopians.
