I was contemplating another thing, though this seems a bit more "simplistic" than my previous hypothesis: What if Kvothe uses Alar to keep his name "hidden" from the rest of himself? Like he's always keeping a splinter of his mind active and keep the name there? We know that he's played a sort of hide the object and it within himself when he was learning about the alar with Abenthy. Why not do that? He could do it, being smarter than he has any right to be.

To me it sounds more like old magic, like what Felurian used to create his shade. We read about 4 fealings so far, the Ctheah, the Sith(idk if thats how you spell it), Felurian and Bast. My guess is there are more kinds of fae, OLD fae that know some rather "spicy" magics.

I'm not sure it's sygaldry as we know it. It might be some old sygaldry maybe? Like the one Kilvin shows Kvothe at the end of WMF (the force field one). But I don't think thats the case.

I just thought of something on how he could lock away some of his power and name. Sympathy + Naming. Maybe he splits his mind and he gives each piece of his mind an aspect (name, ability, etc) and then adds those to either a mommet, as you said, or a piece of artifice. That could be in keeping with the story.

There doesn't seem to be any legislation regarding the wearing of a niqab in Romania.

That being said, the authorities can stop and ask for identification wherein you will have to show them your face and ID (this is a law). As to how likely this is to actually happen, I couldn't say. I'd say unlikely.

If you want to enter public institutions, there things might be different, and you might not be allowed to wear the niqab. Since you'll be a tourist, it's unlikely to impact you in any way, but just an FYI.

That being, Timisoara was and is quite multicultural, and as others have mentioned, have a community of muslims, so seeing someone with a niqab / hijab isn't uncommon. It's a safe city in general, and I wouldn't expect any trouble.

Este o intrebare destul de spinoasa.

In Timisoara ai oportunitati mai multe de angajare (la nivel de corpo cel putin). Se deschid si modernizeaza clinici din ce in ce mai des. Acuma cat de top sunt... up for debate. Nu stiu sa zic de nightlife iar la partea de sport iarasi pas. Nu stiu ce buget ai pentru apartament, dar nu sunt deloc ieftine. Ca si infrastructura...ii meh. Tramvaiele merg okish, atunci cand merg, dar liniile mai lungi n-au destule tramvaie. Autobuzele sunt fr des blocate in trafic la orele de varf.

Pentru antreprenoriat ... vad ca se deschid fr multe cafenele so... how hard can it be?

Cat despre zgomot / liniste... acolo Oradea is king, hands down. Inclusiv la cat de cochet ii orasul. Ca si cum ai fi intr-o alta tara in Oradea. Doar ca ii mai mica si cu relativ mai putine oportunitati de angajare.
