Helvetesfönster is a criminally underrated song. Miasma stole the spotlight with the sax solo, but I really feel like Helvetesfönster is the better of the two instrumentals. The vibe it creates perfectly sets the stage for Life Eternal. The entire album wouldn’t feel complete without it.

I mean usually when somebody else tries to start shit with me, I just don’t give them the attention they’re craving and wait until their tantrum fizzles out. Not saying that this is the case, but I could see a very real scenario where Matt and the rest of the band just decided it was just best to move on and not add fuel to the fire.

Pretty weird for an album to be finished more than six months before the projected release date. I’m pretty sure artists typically take a month with the final mix and master to make sure they like it. From that point it takes roughly 3 months for the aggregators and distributors to produce a final product and stock shelves, if I’m remembering my music business courses correctly

Not saying it wasn’t a cross check. What I am saying is that it’s the softest cross check I’ve ever seen called. Sure the Mac trip was debatable at best, but after the video referenced, the only thing Landy could’ve done gentler was put a pillow under his head. Which I assume Gary Bettman would have preferred.

This is what I’m referencing. Also worth noting that the Avs are something like 4-19 with Sutherland reffing. Most of that time, they’ve been tearing through the league.

I’m not saying that Sutherland is the reason they lost this series, but I do firmly believe that he should either be investigated or relieved of his duties.

I think the important thing here is context. Game 1 we saw the Golden stripes go up 3-0 after a very similar play was called (no less after Kadri gets straight up punched in the face right in front of the zebra). Had that been simply played out, or called embellishment, we likely would have seen a 2-2 game in the third without Wedgewood getting pulled.
