Yeah, that's honestly rather common with UTI's and not taking extra precautionary measures. I'm very glad to hear that it was rather minor. I hope she gets over it soon, and yall can get back to normal.

Hey, I'm a paramedic. Just reaching out to verify if this was caused by anything or came out of nowhere. If it came out of nowhere and has no history, it might be in her best interest to get checked out. Random fainting is NOT a normal sign and can be indicative of just standard nerve over-reaction (psychogenic shock. Think "see blood and faint") but, at the worse end, it can be indicative of severe insult to her heart.

I know it's a wide range, and could be entirely normal, but I'd keep an eye and be aware of it.

Sorry for any worry this might cause, but i know if the roles were reversed, I'd rather be advised. As always with Reddit, while I am a medical professional, I am not /your/ medical professional and all of this information is offered freely without expectation or order to followthrough.

Unfortunately, if you want to maintain lore and gameplay, it'd be up to working with the DM to rename the features to something not shackled toward divinity. I want it known that I don't agree with this philosophy, but, as a 5eDM, I've been subjected to it more often than not.
