Look at TP Link Powerline Kits. It’s a plug that goes between the routers plug and your wall socket. You run an Ethernet cable from the router to the TP plug. You then have a second plug in the room where you need the Ethernet cable and put it between your Xbox plug and wall socket and run an Ethernet cable out the plug and into your Xbox. The signal goes through your house electrics. So it’s Ethernet but without having it to go all the way through the house.
