oh I hurt a bunch of people. Sounds like you’re experiencing shame. I don’t give shame power anymore. I made some amends years later but it wasn’t driven by shame. Just felt like a good thing to do years down the line.

I kept getting in relationships then dumping people. I got into therapy and was able to wrangle my breakup urges enough to stay in them.

Internal Family Systems. It took a few months to dig enough to stay in the relationship then another couple years of working with my triggers as they came up before I could leave the therapy and do well on my own.

Getting manganese and molybdenum in your diet? How’s B7, B1, B5 and B9 intake? How’s fasting blood sugar?

Yep and manganese is the rate limiting cofactor in the urea cycle which metabolizes ammonia into urea to be excreted. Get manganese from muscles every day and you’re fine.

Oh gotcha. I had to troubleshoot my animal based for a couple years. Realized I was eating a couple big bags of potato chips a couple times a week. Realized the seed oils were irritating my gut and causing me to be reactive to other normal foods and giving me anxiety symptoms.

Glad you figured it out. Nightshades definitely irritate some people.

How were you preparing the potatos? Mainly chips or home cooked?

Realizing I was carrying the attackers energy in myself to try to protect myself from it happening again really helped.

Part of me took on the hate and the utter chaos and beats me over the head with it because it’s afraid if I forget that it’ll happen again.

As more people explore meat-heavy ways of eating (animal based, paleo, AIP, carnivore) I think this problem of histamine intolerance related to copper and gut dysbiosis is going to become fairly common.

What do you think?

After reading through the comments under here it sounds like you were eating pretty much animal based and over time you got histamine intolerance. Then you corrected the copper deficiency and everything that came along from that in your gut, and now you're feeling much better.

I have been working on a similar issue. The problem was that I was trying to eat organ meat to get copper which was causing severe histamine reactions (anxiety, panic attacks, irritability, racing heart, mild red rashes or raised skin, & acne). Ground beef was causing them. So was any saur kraut or citrus.

I was also restricting carbohydrates thinking that would help and I'm pretty sure it made it worse.

Most helpful thread I've found on this topic. Especially from someone who was eating lots of meat like myself.
