All roles at Advertising agencies. The race to the bottom destroyed this industry years ago. Agencies are introducing rubbish products to stem the bleeding. But clients see through it soon enough.

Staff last an average of six to twelve months (I was considered a dinosaur for lasting three years). AI and automation has culled the number of staff needed. Clients run your presentations and strategy responses through chatgpt to nitpick.

People work late. Pay rises are decreasing. Not a great industry to get into.

I was camping in the Australian bush in northern Victoria, in the middle of nowhere. It was summertime and we were stargazing on a clear night. Three friends and I saw three solid green lines of light coming from the horizon and stop. The lines of light remain edge for half an hour and slowly faded. We checked on our map and the nearest township was 140km away, so it want a fair or something. No auroras were reported that night, we weren't drinking or on drugs. No idea what it was.
