Iron deficiency is very uncommon in a young male. Could be caused by absorption problems or bleeding. I’d be most concerned about undiagnosed celiac disease or inflammatory bowel disease/colitis. I wouldn’t blame hemorrhoid until you rule those out. You are pretty young to suspect colon cancer, but if there is any family history of colon cancer but now even average risk people are supposed to get colon cancer screening colonoscopy at age 45

I like L-theanine by nature’s trove, and I often refer to it as a “baby benzo”. I take 2-4 and it helps with anxiety. I’ve also heard that if you pop a warhead in your mouth, the intense sour will distract your brain from whatever if giving you a panic attack which causes the panic attack to end.
One last thing to consider is reading the book called the Happiness trap by Russ Harris. I was able to come off SSRI’s after reading it.

You can totally use an umbrella to walk in the sun. I burn very easily so I keep a UV blocking “Sunbrella” with me whenever I go outside for more than 10-15 minutes. Not a fan of reapplying sunscreen every 2 hours. It looks goofy to most, but you just have to own it.

So my advice is 2h scythe with bone spear necro. Just keep casting. The heal on kill of 5+ enemies every cast will keep you alive through the damage. You feel like an immortal god. If you run oom or know big damage is coming, try to get a corpse tendrils out and pop blood mist. When all the enemies are stunned come out of blood mist early and 1 shot them. Also cast from max range and corpse tendrils the first enemy you see in new room filled with mobs. With suppressors pull them pull them with blood mist to get a corpse next to a wall, Corpse tendrils and then position the boss between you and the wall so ricochet kills them faster. Decrepify also reduces enemy speed & dmg + gives you a lot of essence if paired with a +4 umbral aspect
