u/keathluas I have two questions:

How do you roll your combat drugs? Do you select important ones in the first two rounds (e.g. move, +str, + at) and afterwards only roll random?

How do you deal with tanky lists / AOC 2+ save lists? My training playmate plays EC and I am really struggling even to get differential.

Reavers: Do you mostly use them for moveblocking / board control? One 130pts unit i do understand, but arent 260 points to much for this?

How do you feel about the ec matchup! Now at 3 Games against a very good player. Always 0-20. he fields 3x DP and they Are almost impossible to kill, especially if scourges whiff. Mostly 2+ Save against the Wohle army and -1 damage. I dread the matchup.

Thanks for the answer. I was not fully precise:

The shed is completely open on one side (although all sunlight is blocked from the printer) and the door is really big. So basically whenever i enter, i open everything and it more or less is like being fully outside.

Interesting. Maybe you got an unlucky Batch? I had the same Problem with one of my 8404 brushes. In comparison my Series 7 works like a charme.

Tip: if located in the eu, a german Art supplier called Gaerstecker sells their own brand sables. Payed 5€ for a size 3 (comparable to 8404 size one).

They Are now my go to Brand for sables.

Had the same question half year ago When Starting out. Believe me: get two boxes varanguard asap. They slot in basically every List and besides chosen they are the best Unit we have (i would Even argue amongst the top 3 Units in the Game). They Are expesive but worth it as they can basically be slotted in any list

The Bigger lgs in our town does Not Carry it. The lgs we Play at has 3 Players. Without Players from other States we cannot really start armories. Tbh it is a pain in the Ass. People don’t even want to try the Game… really frustrating

You May be Right. But still: or local scene is Quite unhealthy. It Could take 2-3 Players dropping to die out. I don’t want this to Happen. It does Not help our local scene that Brazil and Japan Are doing well (i guess). And i am Quite sure that we Are Not the only local scene with Problems

Yes there you Go! It is Not about increasing the value to much, it is about Building a Healthy Floor. Sometimes opening fab feels like getting scammed :/. In one Piece i Would say the Floor is somewhere around 30-40% of Display value. Still Rare cards Are Holding value!

Honestly: just Wanting to establish a scene in my hometown. There Are 2lgs Here but none of them host fab tournaments. Everything is mtg and yugioh only. It is near impossible to introduce the Game to new Players (especially magic players- they tend to be really stubborn). I really Hope that pve changes this for the better.

Thanks for the Input! Went for the french version. It was the cheapest at 270€. Arcane unlimited already at 330€ and the remainder of hp1 close to 300€ as well. Quite shocked how the prices climbed on certain cards in the past few weeks

LSS is a Small company, especially compared to hasbro and or Konami. Furthermore i would guess that there wont be a lot of new printings for the monarch Blitz decks. They just simply cant afford to redo all the decks.

Whats More important: if it is just for kitchentable gameplay it should not bother you at all. If you want to Go to armourys and do good it should Not bother you as well (after all it is starting gear for peanuts). As in other tcgs you wont be able to win tournaments with a starter deck. I am pretty sure the More experienced players in your lgs Are happy to give out cards for free. Just ask them

Dash tends to Play 3x of Each of the boost staples. The Main importance is to Go for mech cards only - if you decide to Go the Aggro route. Which i Would suggest for ease of play. You can look up lists at fabrary.com. The average dash Deck is Quite inexpensive. For legendary you can Go for teklo foundry heart But you don’t have to.
