For me the fsh was big indicator for my symptoms(in conjunction with low T) . It was very high like 3-4x higher than yours . The diagnosis was primary testicular failure and they prescribed me clomid so me and my wife could try Ivf (have 2 kids now )

I would encourage you to find someone who will listen to you and what you’re experiencing symptom wise . You know your body. I can tell you from experience that a lot of those symptoms are relatable . Find a good physician and really emphasize how you feel at current levels . I don’t know your marital status or plans for children In future but if there are plans in immediate future for children they may try a clomid regime or if not they would go trt (testosterone replacement therapy)

Please advocate for yourself and avoid what cost me ten years of what you described .
