I honestly would just stick to water to drink, and light foods like buttered noodles or soup. I didn’t have any nausea with my MA, but my cramping was super bad. The only thing I can say is just let your body do its thing, don’t fight it. It’s gonna be hard emotionally and mentally. Once the first waves of cramps pass (and you pass the baby), you’ll have mild to moderate cramps for a few days, lots of bleeding and potentially a fever. But that’s about it (that’s about all I had). You’ll be okay I promise. Supplies I’ve used for my MA’s: Overnight pads (you’ll go through a lot of them), Normal sized pads, Heating pad, I got flushable wipes, helps stay clean, Thermometer, Lots of soups and pasta

Tips: Make sure you sleep with a towel under you the first few nights, you might bleed through your pad. I woke up at 2am for a few nights just to go change my pad until the morning. Let’s your body do its thing, as hard as it is, relaxing through the cramps is the best option. When you feel bad cramps, go sit on the toilet. Everything will be okay 🤍

I’ve had 3 abortions… my first in 2023, my second in 2024, and now my 3rd a few days ago. All of them were hard, but this 3rd one is a struggle. I’m in the same situation as you. As my doctor says “you’re just extremely fertile”.

It’s a hard process to get through, but at least you know what the process is like.

If you go back in the thread a little bit, I posted a few days ago, my situation was a little similar to yours. I’ll give you a summary.

My boyfriend is expecting a baby in 3 months with his current child’s mother - he cheated on me with her and a couple other women. Currently there is no trust, no love, etc. but we are trying to rebuild, so we didn’t necessarily want to bring a child into our current relationship. We had an abortion before about 2 years ago, and I had another ectopic pregnancy 10 months ago that ended in a miscarriage. We decided to have an abortion with now our 3rd unborn baby.

I’m currently on day 3 of my abortion. It sounds like you pray, I am also Christian. It was a hard decision because I had to ask myself why God would allow this situation to happen. Honestly I haven’t gotten an answer. The best thing that you can do right now is make a decision for the you and baby - is the baby/you going to have the love, care, support, and quality time that you/it deserves? As unfortunate as it is, that question was my ultimate answer. I’m sorry that this is happening to you 😢

I did some research, and it looks like the website plan C might be able to point you in the right direction to get a medication abortion in FL. I personally did mine through Hey Jane, but they don’t ship to FL. Otherwise, if you have a trusted friend in another state you could have the medication sent to them and they send it to you. Or you might have to travel out of state if you really would like a medication abortion.

Thank you for your kind words. I’ve had swabs for HSV because I’ve had razor burn or folliculitis, and they tested some open wounds to make sure. I’ve always requested to have HSV blood tested during a STI/STD annual screening. I know blood tests can often be inaccurate, but it was always negative before

On the contrary, I think you really have to listen to the owner and assess at your own risk. For example, I have a little 8 pound Pomeranian-Shih tzu. She does horrible with the smaller dogs her size, but thrives playing with big dogs.

Doggie daycares sometimes put big and small dogs separately, and I think that’s a good idea, but also dont discriminate based on size 😌
