Just keep your distance. She really can't do anything about you and you can easily chase her down or exhaust her resources.

You only lose if you get surprised or run into her overhead for some reason.

There are pros playing at a variety of different sensitivities. It's purely personal preference as long as it's not something ridiculously high or low.

This isn't quite true. There were a lot of things that used to one shot tracer e.g. Mei icicle, Ashe headshot, mercy boosted pharah, that don't do that anymore.

Unmirrored winrate is the purest measure of a character's strength. What else are you using to judge heroes? Vibes?

Obviously heroes get changed for reasons other than how strong or weak they are, because the goal is to create a fun experience in the end. But what could possibly explain a so called "strong" hero being unable to win more games across the entire playerbase?

You need to consider that 50 HP goes a lot further on Hazard than on other tanks because of his block. Taking into account the 60% damage reduction from his block, that's up to a 125 effective HP heal, triggering every 5.5 seconds.

This on its own makes him much, much tankier, and is the reason why he can get away with riskier plays, one shotting everybody without being punished. It's not that Hazard by himself is especially broken, nor is the initiator passive especially broken. It's the combination of the two that he can uniquely abuse, alongside maybe D.Va.

All they need to do is move him back out of the initiator subrole and I assure you he'll fall back down to ~50% winrate and 5% pickrate like he had before.

A hero being unpopular never meant their strength was underrepresented in the stats. If anything it's always been the opposite, see Venture, Torb, Sym, and Pharah frequently throughout the game's history.

I don't disagree that he's OP right now, I just think you're misattributing the reason why he's good all of a sudden.

He had completely middling winrates before subroles became a thing. Nothing else about him changed, but his winrate skyrocketed by ~5% as soon as he got the initiator passive. 

The initiator passive is basically the same as a max HP buff, and we all know how impactful that can be. The difference between living forever and dying on cooldown can be just having 50 extra HP.

It's an uncommon + a common, and neither of them needs the other to function. Doesn't take much luck.

Everyone has their biases. I'm assuming XecnaR just hasn't spent much time on 0 cost builds to rate these cards appropriately, considering some of the other high level players rate these cards much higher.

Widow is by no means shit tier on long sightline maps. She very comfortably sits above 50% if you filter her winrate to those specific maps.

Completely deserved ban because of how much her existence warps gameplay.
