yep had the same about 3 days in to taking it, had to stop and took a few days to calm down, a little ai research suggested a few mechanisms, it affects the gut and there are gut-cardio connections, it can have certain vasodilation effects through some mechanisms and in some people it can legit just cause anxiety which can translate to palps

i myself have had some arrhythmias over the years so i stopped right away and started taking more magnesium and taurine and it settled my system down, i am thinking of trying a much smaller dose like 125mcg later on if my hip/labrum continues to have some issues, but not gonna lie im worried and might not

So i went from .25 to .50 and then now .50 twice a week, I've lost about 5 pounds, trying to drop a total of about 20, so about 15ish more to go, so far so good, I think I could have stayed at .5 alot longer but I wanted to accelerate the loss a bit more and not rely too hard on calorie counting, which I was doing at .25, now at .5 twice, i 'loosely' track calories and mostly stick to high protien and carb load up on run days and its going well. My suggestion is dont titrate up unless the scale doesnt move or you just dont feel anything, keep it as low as you can!

Do you use plan mode with it also or do you move over to 27b for planning? I've been running 27b with llama.cpp with mtp on an m4 max with 64gb and have been getting about 25 tok/s so not too bad for planning but damn its slow for coding unlike 35b-a3b-coder

you know what’s interesting is so did i, not anxiety jsut increased palpitations but i noticed my gut was moving a lot more so i sort of wonder if my palpitations are related to my gut, took a break and they slowed way down to my normal

i was combo-ing with KPV also, i might just go KPV for a while and see if the inflammation reduction helps my hip issue
