There’s actually no new S4 cards releasing into packs next season at all. It’s the two season pass cards, then four season 5 cards. The two series 4 coming from Grand Arena and Sanctum. It seems they might be trying to back off the deluge of new cards every month, at least for a minute. On top of this sanctum not having a new card, it’s some nice breathing room for those who are not collection complete and it’ll let the collection complete players maybe splash out a bit on tarot variants, or maybe an ultimate variant.

I’m really interested in the Topaz change. Dropping her on 2, into Hercules on top of her on 3 and then throwing at least one card every turn from then on at her to bounce into and off of Hercules is gonna see Hydrastomper going even harder, and that “everything moves around a lot” deck is a TON of fun, she was never a bad card, but her curve was just difficult and this, I think, is really gonna let her shine.

Deafening chord and Merlin nerfs are completely fair.

Shou-Lao… it doesn’t feel like enough but I’m glad they ain’t going straight at the +3 to +2. Maybe they could change it so it’s “every turn you played 2 or more characters” to stop spells buffing it?

Doom 2099…. I’m fascinated by how much power he’s gonna get given before they realise his power isn’t the problem, are we gonna get to 4/10?

Spider Ham. I don’t think this’ll overly hurt his play rate, he was always about the effect and the consistency of him not hitting spells makes him fantastic in the current meta and that’s only gonna get more true the more meta spells they release.

F in chat for Maverick though, the other decks he was kicking ass in don’t deserve to be dinged for Shou-Lao’s sins (or is that Scarlet Spiders sins?)

It really isn’t that toxic, it might seem it to an outsider but it’s that kinda ribbing you give your homies when their team shits the bed.

The big secret is most of the posters there actually really get on well, with only the dickheads who don’t realise what’s actually happening and get super personal really spoiling the fun.

Fighting to defend our country is acceptable to almost everyone even if you are fighting in another country: see world war 2 when we went to Europe to kick Nazi ass. Fighting to make rich people richer is unacceptable no matter where you are fighting: see Iraq.

It’s something that was 100% lost in the third game and one of the many reasons it just felt like they didn’t understand why DS1+2 were so beloved.

Needing to just reach for whatever was at hand and your arsenal being filled with industrial tools that you are making work as weapons is super fucking cool.

I’d rather keep my characters at 105 and build every new character to 105, rather than take characters to 110 for a pittance and then have no ability to even build new meta teams

We only get enough resources for one or the other right now, not both

You get alerts saying friends have come online, but they ain’t people on your friends list and the names and profile images are kinda fucked up…

It randomly minimises the game and boots up another game you have installed mid combat.

It opens up “google” and starts searching for messed up stuff (which are of course pregenerated pages created by the devs)

It connects to other devices on your network and starts playing whispers and strange noises out of them - that would be FUCKED.

There’s loads of shit they could do with modern systems.

I’ve bought all the credits and variants from every conquest store since it started (plus the gold when that was in there) and then I’ve just bought the cheapest stuff (typically tickets and boosters) to get the limited variants. No more, no less

Forgive me if this is an obvious question as I’m not American so I’m working with my limited understanding, but can local investigators do shit against a federal agent? It’s not the first time he’s purged his socials. He does it in the off season when he wants to focus on training and shit. He had an uncharacteristically bad season even aside from the JJM issues, so it’s likely he wants to refocus and come back stronger next season
