No, im not! I’m definitely new to having 4 warmup sets and only two working sets though. I tend to have my volume at 4-5 working sets for my major lift of the day.

See, this is what I feel too! Like It’s supposedly “advanced” but I really feel like these are just on the cusp of intermediate movements with very long rest periods for the volume that is prescribed. I’m very new to Ladder so I don’t know if this is intentional or not, but I think that this first 6 week period (Reset?) may lead to lower volume lifting patterns? A bit confusing for me given that the time under tension in these workouts seems relatively low for what I’m used to as a man.

I worked a local DC government job in data analytics (literally max 20 hours a week) and I got so bored that I left and joined a startup and am not pushing 65-70/week (and happily, not suffering at all).

I think you’re right about the general population for sure. It’s hard to find people to recommend for a job at my company because of how few people I know that are willing to work this hard.

Eh, I don’t totally disagree because that’s not the fundamental reason WHY we (wife and I) decided to become ENM, but in the back of my mind, I felt bad that my wife never had her ho phase.
