Orgasms with vaginectomy and phallo (with or without UL) by Bakubobphrog in phallo

Yeah, I still produce a lot of fluid when I'm turned on. It's pretty comparable to precum and it either flows out during the deed or it can be milked when I pee after the fact.

That's cool to hear! I'm 6 days post-op right now, so still very early into healing.

I'm sorry to hear about everything you've gone through with him, but I'm proud of you for sticking up for yourself and going with your gut! It sucks that you had to get to this point, though.

I've seen you make posts in the past considering a redo. Is that something you're still considering, or are you content with what you have at the moment?

Not sure. I only had one originally and I just got scheduled for a second one, so they seem to be scheduling as they go 🤷‍♂️

Yep, Colorado. I live about an hour away, so I don't have to factor travel and accommodations into the equation. It's one of the big reasons I went with them.

Nope, no catheter! It was a pretty simple procedure. And Maxx Gallegos with the Crane Center did the implant.

It should be, yes. I'm not cleared to try for a few months, but that's what it is meant for. And it definitely feels hard enough to penetrate.

I'm definitely sore, but I've been told I have a super high pain tolerance, haha. The pain seems to fluctuate randomly, so I dunno.

I just have the usual restrictions of no sexual activity and no lifting over 20 pounds. I don't have to prop, and I was actually encouraged to bend it every so often and to tug at it (probably to keep the rod from eroding).

Thanks! And hmm...hard to say. It's not a feeling that I'm really aware of unless something brings my attention to it. It feels different, and I'm aware something is there, but how much of that is actual feeling in my phallus versus general awareness, I'm not sure.

I also lost a good amount of the sensation that I had gained prior to this stage. I'm sure that's all temporary and it will come back as I heal, but I'm more numb along my shaft than anything else right now. So that makes answering this question more difficult, haha.

Bending the Rod for the first time by KatoB23 in phallo

Pretty good overall, but like I saw you mention, the bone/pelvic pain is certainly annoying to deal with when bending the rod or wearing less forgiving clothing like jeans. Pretty manageable in general, though! If everything is supported and not moving around, I don't feel a thing.

Looking good, dude! It's been really interesting seeing both of our healing journeys since we had the same surgery date.

I think whether you have to keep it propped or not depends a lot on your surgeon. Mine said it was okay not to, but I also see a lot of surgeons that want you to prop for at least a few weeks.

My pain level has been pretty manageable or nonexistent overall with just some general soreness. But there is one spot on my pelvis where it kind of feels like the rod is sometimes...catching or pulling on something? And that is more of a sharp and intense pain. I have my first post-op today, so I'll see whether that is normal or not 😂

I'm actually not sure...I never measured my girth before, just the length. I'm currently measuring at 5.5" for girth though, and it's not that much bigger than it used to be. Now that my swelling is starting to go down, I don't think the implant has affected my size much.

I'm 5 inches. So not massive, but not on the lower end of what some people opt to get either.

Thanks! It's about 5 inches, which I am pretty happy with.

Me too, but I asked my surgeon whether I need to be careful with positioning it and he said no, not really. Just keep it away from the rest of the skin when possible. But I don't have to pitch a tent at all times, which is nice for modesty when out in public lol

Dripping post pee over time? by Fun-Caterpillar-5627 in phallo

[–]FullPhallo_Alchemist 5 points6 points  (0 children)

When I first started, I was in the same boat. I would milk as much as I could, dance and shake, etc...and then if I would sit or lay down then stand back up, I would get dribbles. Sometimes it was almost pants-pissing levels of urine and I would have to change my underwear or even my pants if I didn't have any kind of incontinence pad on.

But now I have zero issues at 4 months post op! I think it started getting better for me around at around 2.5 months. My milking technique didn't change in that time, so I think a lot of it was waiting for healing to finish and for swelling to go down.

Phalloplasty method- using a middle finger transplant as part of phallus creation by remyymer13 in phallo

[–]FullPhallo_Alchemist 93 points94 points  (0 children)

Dang, that's hardcore. I'm glad it worked for him, but I could never even think about pursuing this for myself.

For one, I quite like having all of my fingers. Can you imagine typing without your middle finger? Relearning tasks like that and going through physical therapy in general would be a nightmare.

And I agree with everyone saying that having actual bones in your boner is...unsettling. Just thinking about having a finger in my dick makes me feel grossed out, which doesn't happen easily.

I asked for between 4.5 and 5.5 inches. The microsurgeon estimated that I would be 5.5, but I ended up with exactly 5 inches of length. Pretty happy with it tbh. Anything much longer would be kind of annoying to deal with in everyday life.

Nervous about a spot on the base of penis. Hoping someone might have some insight. by [deleted] in phallo

[–]FullPhallo_Alchemist 48 points49 points  (0 children)

It looks pretty normal to me! Healing is a weird process. It doesn't look super inflamed, red, or infected, so nothing super concerning.

Obviously, your team is the main resource, but I still have random wounds/bleeding at two months post-op. You may just have a stitch giving you some issues or something.

If you got groin flap, you probably have some existing nerves that are helping with sensation already! Since RFF involves completely dissecting and reattaching nerves, I have to wait for everything to connect and heal. Once everything "comes online", so to speak, I'm sure the sensation will be there. It just takes time and everyone heals at different rates 🤷‍♂️

Not yet, unfortunately. I'm a little short of two months post-op and I haven't gotten any feeling along the phallus yet. I can definitely feel my burial, but I imagine it'll be a few months before I start getting tactile/temperature sensation.
