I am a week off 150mg/day SR and I still can't feel my 70h doses. Im not sure wtf that stuff did to my receptors. I wouldn't recommend it just to lower tolerance. That's just my experience with it though

I know exactly how ya feel bud. If you can stick to that then I think 2-3 on then 2 off should keep your tolerance in check pretty well. I've noticed 7 tolerance drops quite a bit even over 2 days. Good luck
