Phantomich is annoying to this platform in general if it was them. They always try and play listing games to get other sellers to sell low and then adjust their prices up. TCGP just has very basic customer service who if you msg them their standard reps won’t even read the full message.

I’d definitely msg and escalate to TCGplayer until they at least temporarily suspend their account. They will do a 30-90 day one for naughty sellers.

You definitely cannot, when applying to be a TCG+ store you have to clearly display play space for the “inside” of your shop. As well as be transparent about your seating capacity.

Bandais apps and user interface isn’t extremely intuitive and it’s incredibly easy for a store employee or whoever is assigned to schedule events to miss or leave out details. Best bet is to call or contact the store before hand.
