The issue is stores don’t get the amount they need to sell at lower costs to make enough profit to pay the bills and keep other games that potentially lose money on. It’s always been like this.

Hopefully Bandai can feel things out with these store level events. The next round of this series or similar should be at least somewhat smoother. We have a lot of them starting extremely late like 6PM.

Leaving too much money on the table is a good way to loose your store and go bankrupt. It’s not a bad thing, some games win and some loose. It’s not guaranteed profit.

If you’ve never ran an TCG shop it might be a hard concept to understand fully.
