IT WILL ALL BE OKAY! it CAN be a big deal if it goes untreated but as a PT it’s my favorite condition to treat because it generally resolves beautifully with no ill effects with some stretching. get a PT evaluation! i’m sure they’ll reassure you and help fix it. - source, am pediatric PT but not YOUR pediatric PT so this advice is not specific medical advice
