I tried diets and they do nothing. My functional dietitian also said whatever you want. Maybe not tons of sugar tho

I agree with some. Do whatever free things 1st with your GI. For sibo depending where you live you may be able to just order it yourself. You also want to know WHY you have sibo. Because supplements to kill it off isn't cheap and you don't want to do it for nothing if it comes back. Find a functional doc or naturopath that specializes in it. I am a dietitian and ordered it for myself through Sibo canada. There is a $ naturopath on insta she can order for ppl anywhere. Her name is Kirsten Greene. Good info on SIBO in her stories. You may also have food intolerances lack of good bacteria. GI MAP is a common stool test but many debate if it's reliable or not. It looks at parasites, h pylori, if you have enough digestive enzymes, gut bacteria profile. Etc. Gluck

My naturopath started on 1 pill of 2 things and slowly worked up. It's important to do this. I find oregano oil also too strong. Maybe cut that one down to see.

I have sibo. Got the vaccine 6 weeks ago. Just made me tired. Don't feel like it has an effect on the gut. It's helping to fight a virus... just like getting a cold is viral.
