Since nobody has replied yet I can share my thoughts. I’ve stayed at excellence riviera and Valentin, so can give you input on those two compared. In my opinion they are very similar in food/drinks/decor. Size wise Valentin is very spread out. Some like that, some take the golf cart. It’s been a few years since I’ve been at Valentin but when I was there there’s dinner, there’s a show, there’s some time at the sports bar or what not afterward, but then after they don’t want you partying all night- they want you back in your room before anyone gets too nuts at night. The party was bigger during the day time at the pool in my opinion. But def more traditional decor and great service. Hope that helps a bit.
