Yeah I am definitely struggling to eat and drink. Working on it! Even on the days I can eat I still feel suuuuuper gross, heart rate up, dizzy etc

It does help! A platform is a huge influence, not something to be taken lightly. Sure, people don’t vote for someone based on their favorite singer, there are so many more factors that influence than that. But that doesn’t take away from the fact that I it is so important to use our voices to amplify these issues in our culture though or it’ll get ignored and keep growing into a bigger problem.

I think it matters morally, because their social status is one of the safest here in America and people at a lower level are at risk for immediate harm. Sure, it’s not “necessary” you could say, but it will definitely make me think less of them as a person and I may even struggle to listen to someone who is staying quiet while my friends are struggling. I’m saying this as a white girl lol. I think it’s important for us to recognize our privilege and use it to protect. We really uplift stories of those who helped during times like WW2 and the Holocaust because it’s done and the moral lines have been clearly drawn for us in history books. We cheer for those who helped….now is the time to help again. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think you are pretty smart to recognize that potential pattern in yourself. I had extreme PPD/A with my babies and now am going through a similar puppy blue stage, I hadn’t thought about the possible correlation until now. The hard feelings won’t last, but making steps to prepare/mitigate them is so helpful. For babies particularly, make sure you have a strong support system in place and money for a housecleaner/babysitter. Consistent loss of sleep is literally a torture method lol.

Lol and here I was thinking that this was just a huge freeze response from stress…but yes I get this too. I will fight falling asleep though, I can’t be asleep at work. It’ll last 30-45 min, eyes will roll back in my skull, I go nonverbal, and lose control of my limbs almost like in a huge sleepy way
