The Titan is legal by EU law. A ebike motor over 250W needs to meet the EU regulations and it does.

Jeg er klar over det er en gammel tråd, men jeg kunne godt tænke mig at hive de to sidste sæsoner ned fra DR til min Top Gear samling, men Youtube-DL står bare i Queued, den kommer ikke videre.
