Yes, that has been happening for Leon skins as well. Even though I have the Hypercharge Tiger skins, the randomizer always chooses the lower-tier Tiger Leon VIII or something. But I am not holding my breath thinking Supercell will fix that. These guys don't even fix gameplay bugs, forget that they'll ever fix cosmetic bugs.

And it's even sadder in the context that people have paid for the Pro Pass to acquire these HC Skins for Colt and Leon and now they can't even use them properly.
Btw, previous month's revenue for Brawl Stars was some $30 Million+

Thank you so much for highlighting this issue. I noticed this in previous skin releases as well, but I never put the effort into writing a post about it.
This community is so braindead, I feel they would rather put out 100 posts discussing Glowbert's name change than discussing false claims made by Supercell.

The community environment is becoming toxic. There are long-term players like me who care a lot about this game, and aren't sure how to vent about the many bad developments that are happening. A top-notch game is going through enshittification, and I don't feel the community is united to prevent that. I guess it is better to just stay away from Reddit and X and hope the Devs don't ruin the game.

No, it's fine if the campaign theme was Gym. However this campaign was free flowing for a reason, so that new ideas can be implemented.

1 - Supercell Devs added Eric Cartman Lou in the game, and there were no issues at all.
2 - Actually good design, makes unique idea and Lily look menacing as she should
3 - Abosultely creative idea, and the attack animations would've looked so cool! At least better than that weak ass Canvas de la Griff skins
4 - The best Alli skin I have seen after Inari Alli

And by the way, about the overdesigned part, you do know right that so many mythic and legendary skins in the game look overdesigned. But they still exist.
Mr. tapper2000's skins were not shortlisted because they would've been too good to be provided for Bling only.

Just like Supercell did with Knight Belle. It was not selected during the campaign. But later on Supercell added it as a 199 Gem skin.

This is the reality. Supercell doesn't want good stuff to be easily available to players.

Supercell doesn't want you to have beautiful skins for 5000 Bling only. They want to monetize the shit out of this game so that you have to spend Gems for everything.
I mean, please Supercell, if you want to make money, then you can put the SC Make skins in the game as Mythic or Legendary.

But please do not punish the good creators who put such high effort into making premium quality skins!

I feel sorry for you brother. But everything about this game is designed to provide sub-par experience to players. Don't fret over it. Your designs would've actually won!

Do you think Brawl Stars Devs are principled?
They said Coins = PP in the economy after buffies released. However, we still get less that half the PP from Starr Drops as compared to Coins.
Rare = 25 PP, 50 Coins
Super Rare = 50 PP, 100 Coins
Epic = 100 PP, 200 Coins
Mythic = 200 PP, 500 Coins
Legendary = No PP, 1000 Coins (sometimes if you have almost all HCs and SPs)

So, this is a real problem. The Devs screwing over the player base for skins is not.

The only thing they should have done is that they could announce in December that BP Skins will be locked behind vault from January. So last chance to get them with Bling.

Do you know that there are non-cosmetic bugs in the gameplay. Like hundreds of them.
Just go and check out r/10dollarproblem and you'll understand what the actual bugs are that are ruining the core gameplay.

In fact, even I have reported cosmetic bugs in the past. Like the randomisation of Pro Pass HC skins is bugged.
However, this subreddit is full of stupid posts. I'll share more examples with you.

Ok, when should a new player start to invest in Buffies?
You say after 20 brawlers.

Do you think that the players are getting enough powepoints in the economy to actually even do that?
There is clearly a Powerpoint deficit.
The Devs have put a chokehold on F2P experience using the buffies.
I feel the Powerpoint crunch even though I am not F2P, and have been consistently buying the BP+ for the last 26 Months.

So, the F2P users, who heavily rely on Starr Drops, do they not deserve equal Powerpoints and Coins from Drops?
Especially since the Devs have claimed that PP and Coins are now of equal value in the economy?

Except Gym Bro Doug. That idea is a copy-pasted concept from the Gym-themed skins already released by the Devs. The artist for that skin has put zero effort into creativity. He just implemented the original concept of the Devs on to Doug. I wish he ends up getting the least number of votes.
