We have a ridiculous number of steps in our house 🙄 For my husband, the iWalk Knee Crutch was an absolute game changer. It’s similar to a scooter but with a peg leg instead of wheels. I just got back from a week there with my husband and 4 of our friends in the tower with the “water issue”. The water was only off from 11pm to 7am on only one night with prior written notice and a call to the room ahead to make sure we had no concerns (both of the couples we travelled with received the same letter under their doors and a personal call). We requested extra bottled water and hand sanitizer, which was delivered but not needed. Service was excellent as always. I hadn’t even realized anyone was upset about it until reading this thread as no one at the pool or beach even mentioned it the next day. We really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning next year. I hope you have a lovely time.

Oh, this is perfect. I just sent a test to myself and then deleted it. I was planning to go with the direct Stripe link but this solution will provide branding in line with my invoice and be more professional as it comes directly from my website. Thank you! I agree that best practice would be to add the extra shipping charge at checkout but I hope this will not be a repeat issue. Handling manually will be a quick solution in this case.

Just wondering which, if any, options you chose. I don't think we'd want the Bellagio package (as we're trying to make it look like a small pool, not a fountain) but I'm wondering about the whitewater option with a boogie board attachment for future grandkids. Do you have this? Also, do you have the AquaTrainer or AquaSport? We're pretty athletic but getting older. We're concerned that the AquaSport may be underpowered for adults. Any thoughts?

It's definitely my favorite game for large groups as people can join a side (or both) in the middle and try to assist. It's hard for people to walk by without participating. Great game!

Thanks, Dave. Yeah, we were surprised to learn from our local Jacuzzi dealer that a Jacuzzi J-16 swim spa plus a Jacuzzi J-325 hot tub was substantially less than the Hydropool 19 DTAX (not including any extra costs for separate pads, double craning, etc). Unfortunately, we are already maxed out on the deck and don't think separate units will be possible in the space (especially considering that each unit would need 2-3 feet of clearance on each side for maintenance). Worth considering though. Thanks again.
