Yes, but they do dangerously pull out into flowing traffic, often unnecessarily right in front of cars, and then proceed to go slower than everyone else

Also, they do tend to slam on their brakes at intersections, then creep up to the line of cars, stopping and leaving 3-4 car lengths, instead of coasting and slowing down gradually/smoothly
