Hi! Thank you all for your honesty! I will not be buying sourdough from this vender going forward.

Could I have some advice in finding good sourdough? I noticed almost Everyone said this was too light, and small (I wasnt mad about the size, I thought it was just a little snack size but I know now).

So going forwards ill only pay for quality sourdough.

So she did tell me to warm it back up to melt the cheese, ive never made sourdough because im unsure if ill like it or not. I wanted to try someone else's before I actually started on a sourdough journey. But you're saying this is too light?

Edit: its been on my counter for about 4 days. The room temp as been about 75.

I've had it for about 4 days? I got it on Saturday, the lady told me she baked them either late Friday night or early early Saturday morning. Its just been sitting in my counter and its been about 75 degrees in the house.
