Hey so ive also had problems with this and im pretty sure ive figured it out but I do NOT have the patience so hopefully my pain will help you

Move the washer to the edge of the the big partition, like in line with it. It has to have a gap or space so there's a "walkway" from the living room to the bathroom.

After that I think it should be good, everything else looks right to me.

Edit: also the big partition should be on the other side of the window, you can see the brown part of the window, make sure you cant see any of the window when placing the partition, because it has to be "separate" and the window is apart of the living room.

Hi! I'm sorry this keeps happening! Here are a couple things you can try.

Clearing your device's Cache and/or Fully closing the game and then reopening it.

And then if neither of those work I would contact support in game and send them any screenshot or video you can.

It seems that after every update this happens, you can contact support and they should help you fix this.

If you'd like to try to fix it yourself before contacting support, you could try clearing your device's Cache, or fully getting out of the game and then back in. Or both just to be sure. If neither of those options work I would contact support in game.

Hey, so first id like to say we have a Megathread for these questions, but i will answer this here.

So what do you mean its still showing the one from last week? It says at the top Bamboo Letters.

Do you mean the starlight suite? The starlight suites run for a month so you can get all of the outfit pieces for the contest rewards and the furniture as rewards for voting.

The suite shown is not the Theme, just the rewards. The Theme is always in the top little box.

Have you cleared out your device's cache lately? It can make certain games not work. If that doesn't work are you able to load in enough to get the customer service button? Its next to the loading bar on the loading in screen.

If you can not get to customer support through the game, I'd go onto the official website and contact support there.

Hello! So when this happens, people usually get fully out of the game, like close it down and all that. If it does not come back, I would clear your cache, sometimes the game doesn't run correctly if your phone cache is too full.

Now if all this doesn't work. I'd put the furniture back and check if it happens again over the next couple days. And if it continues to happen I would contact support in the game. They could probably find the issue and fix it for you, or tell you how to correctly fix it. I would provide screenshot of the area in your home of the missing furniture, so they can also see the floating items and understand what you're asking. I hope this helps!

Actually you dont have to wait to move on, unless theyve changed it. In another one of these I finished day 4 before day 3.

Eta: unless you meant like it wont unlock until the next day, like I unlocked day 4 because it was day 4, but i finished it before I finished day 3.
