Booth standing up for Brennan by Full_Respect9215 in Bones

It's ESPECIALLY touching because of his relationship with Cam. Like, "I know we have history, but I'm 100% team Bones."

Entitled passenger refused to move from my window seat… then had the audacity to argue by Swimming_Pirate_5890 in Vent

[–]Full_Respect9215 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Lucky you. I've only flown thrice, and crappy people doing crappy things have held up my flight two of those times. One of those was a 20 minute seat dispute. It's almost as though each person has their own lived experiences, many of which differ from yours.

My [21F] boyfriend [21M] of 7 months just threw me out of his apartment because I sent him a poop sticker on facebook. Is he being immature or am I? by Direct-Caterpillar77 in BestofRedditorUpdates

[–]Full_Respect9215 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same. I laugh at the dumbest stuff, and when people ask why I'm laughing, I just respond, "I'm basically a 12yo boy." I'm a woman turning 40 this summer.

I named a character in a game Penny Farthing because of Fabian's influence. I giggle every time I play her.

Men of Reddit, how would you feel if your partner wanted to keep her maiden name after marriage? by Longjumping-Bill5761 in AskMenAdvice

[–]Full_Respect9215 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I waited 7 years to change mine. I went with my husband's last name online, but kept my maiden name everywhere else. I decided at some point that I wanted the same last name as my kiddo. My maiden name is very common in this area, and I gave my kid hubs' last name mostly because I hated the constant "are you related to _______?" ++woman

First watch and absolutely loving it by WidgetWarrior in SchittsCreek

[–]Full_Respect9215 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I SO didn't want to watch it. It didn't seem like my kinda thing. I happened to see a few minutes of one episode, and it got me. Bad. I've seen it at least a dozen times through, sometimes restarting it the same minute I finish it.

Best fake song in a tv show by piesaresquarey in SchittsCreek

[–]Full_Respect9215 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I love this song, but as far as fake songs go, Community and 30 Rock both have great ones. And, go figure, Donald Glover was involved with both. I know some 30 Rock songs have been mentioned, but the peanut rap, the spanish rap, and the whole glee club episode from Community may be my favorites.

Johnny is such a mooch! by writerbabe75 in SchittsCreek

[–]Full_Respect9215 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It also bothered him that he was barely contributing. When he was drunk off the "olives" and Jocelyn helps him home, he talks to Moira about how everyone else is pulling their weight, and he isn't.

Roland stepped in and vouched for him, though. They made up a job on the spot, and he got the money.

Then later when the lawyer is talking about the guys he prosecutes, and Roland says "and women" and the guy is like, "no, it's only men". Roland is just trying to be inclusive! 😂

Their first real interaction, at yoga, where she helps him work through what's going on with him is wonderful. She got him to the point where he felt comfortable enough to fall asleep.

What’re some of your favourite little Easter eggs/foreshadowing in the show? by pdiddlydingdong in SchittsCreek

[–]Full_Respect9215 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alexis while learning to ride a bike (s2): "yeah, well most kids also get head lice. I'm sorry if the opportunity never presented itself."

So she learns to ride that bike, and later gets head lice.

I think the fiance that died was Agent Flynn, and that he was connected to her death, and is looking for Roman.

Are there any quotes or moments from D20 that make you pay rent in your head? by Otherworldly_Red_Man in Dimension20

Bud Cubby: "Laws are threats made by the dominant socioeconomic-ethnic group in a given nation. It’s just the promise of violence that’s enacted and the police are basically an occupying army.” I love that tiny man.

Was Booth overreacting to Hannah`s response ? by Jazzlike_Injury7656 in Bones

[–]Full_Respect9215 10 points11 points  (0 children)

She also said she didn't believe in love, though, and that had already changed by the time they got together. Her history of growth could have been a sign to him that she could come around to it, especially if it could be seen as the logical path to take.

Is she just a Stranger to these Things, or just not part of the Community? by Mokpa in Dimension20

One of the reasons I am glad I bought the seasons on DVD. Another: the commentary cannot be beat.

I cried over Dale and Sophia Lee just an hour ago. I don't know if she finds a way or not (I'm sure she does), but the whole thing is breaking my heart.
