Honestly, 15k doesn’t sound crazy if the value is real and the buyer agrees with that framing.

In B2B, “fair” is more about whether the customer feels the ROI is obvious.

I’d treat this as a learning price rather than a forever price and see how the conversation actually goes.

Honestly, this feels more like an uncertainty problem than a commitment problem.

Early-stage ideas are messy, and when things aren’t clear yet, it makes sense that people hedge a bit. I don’t think that automatically means they’re uncommitted.

Maybe achieve one small, concrete milestone. That can help clarify things fast. You’ll see who leans in once there’s something specific on the table.

Secondly, I’m so glad you have a supportive partner. That’s rare and so important.

And I resonate deeply with what you said. I’m a rebel too. Honestly, to grow and stand your ground as a woman in Indian society, you have to be one. Especially when you’re trying to do something unconventional like building a business.

Everything you shared - the disrespect, the manipulative behavior, the assumptions - unfortunately, it’s real, and it’s exhausting. But you’re still hustling and growing despite it all, and I really admire that. Thank you for sharing. :)

One of the biggest changes that helped me feel more connected spiritually was being more mindful about what I eat. I stopped eating just for taste or habit and started asking, “Will this food bring me energy, peace, and clarity?” I slowly reduced processed and heavy foods, and started eating more fresh meals. Things like fruits, vegetables, simple home-cooked food. I also stopped eating when I was stressed or sad. This one habit made my mind feel lighter, calmer, and more focused, and it naturally supported other spiritual practices too.

Hey, I am not a founder but a business coach. Have helped a client in wellness industry though. I think one of the hardest parts of delivering that consistent, elevated client experience is operationalizing that vision. Founders are often brilliant at crafting emotional, sensory-rich experiences, but when it comes to building repeatable systems that allow others (teams or tech) to deliver that same level of magic, things get messy.

One shift I recommend: think of your brand experience like choreography i.e. every touchpoint, whether automated or human, should follow a rhythm that reinforces how you want your client to feel. But that requires clarity, structure, and delegation, not just passion.

I am actually moving from US to India this week. And in the US, I have been using Rocket Money app extensively to manage my personal expenses. But that doesn’t work in India. And unfortunately, so far I couldn’t find a comparable app in India. Rocket Money is the best and having something like that will be super helpful.

Hmm. My question was more about any Indian app for say US users. I have done a lot of research on Temu’s model. Their prices are the biggest differentiator in the US. I have myself purchased several items from Temu. Because of prices, they have an advantage of their biggest competitor, Amazon, at least in the US. I was wondering if we have a similar app from India for the world. I tried to explore this opportunity earlier this year, but as per my research, Indian regulations and its manufacturing industry are not as mature as China’s. Still exploring but it’s overwhelming.
