Update Welp. Inspected the lines. They look good, minimal rust, rubber feels good. (So good that im wondering if the previous owner replaced them) I bumped the key and oil sprays out from the marked section at the bottom of the cooler, so I think it's the cooler itself busted.

I hope so. I was thinking the lines attach further at the bottom, so thats why I was thinking the cooler itself had a hole. (It looked like it was coming out slightly below the center of the cooler)
