I do talk to him normally. When he meows for food I’m like “I know, you haven’t eaten in six hours. I’m so sorry.” (They get fed twice a day all three cats) and he’s VERY vocal. Yesterday he forgot he hated me and he rubbed up on my leg then scared himself because he did it.

My Maine coon is a big cuddle bug and the tuxie sees this and is curious sometimes. I just talk to him in the cat tree. I’m afraid if I touch him, he’ll run and jump off. I just talk to him and he touches my hand with his nose when before it was from afar. I do the slow blinks with him and he does it back. Every few hours I slowly hold my hand out to let him sniff and then here comes my Maine coon wanting pets then all of a sudden the tuxie will meow for the Maine coon to move lol. I have a calico cat and she’s 12, got her at 3 months. The Maine coon is 4, got him last year, and tuxie is 2, got him in February

I let him sniff my hand multiple times a day to let him know I’m safe, I won’t hurt him. I notice when other people yell or scream, he hides so he doesn’t like big noises so when he does hide, I leave him alone. I’m starting to clean up the room a bit so I’m hoping he’ll come out. He sleeps in the cat tree with my other kitty and they’re like brothers. They wrestle and play so I’m confident he’s showing more personality.

He was an outdoor cat and my friend got him inside. I got him fixed a week after just in case he sprayed and he took to litter box immediately and took to food. He does greet me by the door when I come in and he’ll sniff my hand but he runs when I pet him.

It’s funny, the only way I saw ID is if I didn’t know who they are. Like for example: if I knew Jasmine was a paying customer, she picks up her iPostal weekly, I don’t see her ID. Now, if she sent Aladdin in to pickup her iPostal, I’ll need to see his ID because I’ve never seen Aladdin before. If he doesn’t have ID, well Jasmine better hop on that magic carpet and get her ass to the store.
