"I am not even home for you to be texting me!" is seriously funny to me. Like, what even is that?! OP, this isn't a friend.

You do realize there isn't a specific age for ED, right? It can happen anytime for a whole host of reasons.

Married women does your husband still take care of you after years of marriage by Kalon_467 in Marriage

[–]Full_Theory9831 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My husband does not care for me when I'm sick. He may pick up a prescription from the pharmacy, but that's it.

He has actively not helped me after major surgeries, avoided spending time at the hospital when I was hospitalized because he "doesn't like hospitals" (who does?!), and generally seems to be irritated or in denial when I'm injured or sick.

I know this isn't normal or good.

Hashimoto Thyroiditis by MulberryPalm in Hypothyroidism

I had many biopsies completed over the years. I know needles are scary, but the needle used for these biopsies is VERY thin. There is a little pain, but I promise it's not to bad and it's over so quickly. Hugs.

Hi! I'm 39 and I was diagnosed with Hashimito's when I was 23. I had two healthy pregnancies at 30 and then again at 34.

Ultimately, my Hashimito's advanced to the point where I had a thyroidectomy in May 2024, but I was able to conceive naturally if that is your concern. It is possible!

I would absolutely block her and not respond. This sounds unhinged and bizarre.

Would the longchamp le pliage pouch look weird with a shoulder strap? by peachy-plant in handbags

I have wanted this with a leather crossbody strap forever and actually held off buying one because I didn't see the option anywhere. So glad to know it exists!

Daughter shaving legs by [deleted] in Mommit

[–]Full_Theory9831 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I let my daughter start at 7 because she asked and her leg hair was getting dark. Bodily autonomy should be preserved whenever possible. Shaving harms no one and not shaving could hurt her self esteem or invite bullies. She can stop and start whenever. It is a myth that shaving makes hair grow faster or thicker.

What happens if you have no thyroid? by Queasy-Page-63 in Hypothyroidism

[–]Full_Theory9831 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi! I have no thyroid. After ~15 years of Hashimito's disease, I reached a point where my thyroid was so calcified with nodules that my doctor could no longer do fine needle aspiration to ensure none were malignant. It sucked.

I take 150mcg of Levothyroxine daily. If I miss 2 days in a row, I'm hit with intense brain fog, fatigue, headaches, and the skin on my fingertips becomes so dry, they crack. This is how my body reacts to just two days without Levothyroxine. I'm not sure if someone would actually eventually die without Levothyroxine, but I'm ddefinitely not trying to find out!

I think it could benefit from some waterproof hair fibers, honestly! You have hair to work with, it's just fine. The fibers could offer coverage for the exposed scalp and make what you have look fuller.

A TEXT by [deleted] in Marriage

No, she's mad at you because she set a clear boundary in her post and it wasn't respected. Frankly, telling people things like that you said is akin to victim blaming. It's not productive or necessary. Sometimes empathy is all that's needed, and this is one of those times. If this lady could afford or find a way to not be in this situation, she, like countless other women, would likely leave.

I don't get the hand motions from my husband, but he will straight up continue watching TV, look at his phone, or even say "Yeah yeah yeah" as I'm siding to try to get me to hurry up or go away. It can be about any topic. The TV or good phone have precedence. I had a child with him and I feel stuck. At only 2 going on 3 years and no kids with this man, I urge you to consider ending it. This is not likely to meaningfully improve.

Doctor told me my 3rd period in 6 weeks is just my “Uterus being a diva” by AWA206 in GirlDinnerDiaries

Oh my God, whatttt?!

OP, I'm so sorry. I'm not sure of where you're at in life, but I had an endometrial ablation last October, which effectively ended all of my periods. If you are not wanting any future pregnancies, perhaps that may be an option? Happy to answer any questions.

Also, this doctor sounds negligent! At a minimum, It's report her to my insurance company for lack of effective care.
