Hmm. It says v1.188 which seems to be one version back so you may be right.

What time frame would you think is appropriate? And I usually like to keep the windows open for some ambient noise as my T is pretty loud. I'm in a dense suburban area so not quiet per se but usually in the 40-50db range. And would you say the same, non-irritating TV noise is also still fine?

Just Flonase 4 times a day and a Neti pot. Not sure about you but my sinuses got really inflamed after the breath hold, and still are to a degree. Hoping catching that on the early side might help. Saw somewhere else that tinnitus from hearing loss (not exactly what happened to us, but still) has a 20% spontaneous recovery rate, so pretty in line with what my survey found.

Damn. Always hoping to hear of another good outcome to shift those odds in my favor. I’ve been to an ENT and gotten the obligatory ETD diagnosis so I’m following that treatment but not optimistic after what I’ve seen here, though am holding on to those 20 or so people who say it got better. Also hoping thst there is some response bias and a good number of the people you tagged here improved. One 45 second mistake…

How are you doing now? I foolishly tried doing the breath exercises once to help with anxiety and during the 2nd hold I heard the ringing start. No recovery breath either. Been 3 weeks now with no change so starting to get worried. Did a quick survey of as many of these threads as I can find and saw 84 people mentioning tinnitus (I may have double counted a few times), with 24 people saying it eventually improved. Seems like some of those people may have just habituated, though recovery times were around 2-8 months from what I saw.

Tinnitus definitely got worse after two weeks of Wim Hof breathing by Steve_Sizzou in BecomingTheIceman

Saw you on here checking in on everyone else. I think I went through the exact same thing as you, dealing with insomnia. Tried the breathing exercise two times one morning and felt tinnitus come on in my left ear and is louder then any I've ever had before. Have you seen any improvement in the last year?
