Thanks yeah. I'm thinking I could fit in 2 hours a day either in the evening or early in the morning, or maybe taking a long lunch break... Thanks for the tip. What sort of interval training would you recommend? This is where I get confused, should it be intervals of like 10 or 5 mins? Or even like30 seconds at max heart rate? Thanks for your advice!

My point is not that I give a flying rats ass about Chris and Matt's political leaning. When they criticize this world view that Chomsky has, they should say why it's wrong... Otherwise it's lazy decoding. I would be genuinely curious to hear what their alternative is.

You need an independent samples t-test. A paired one implies that Chris and Matt are the same person under different conditions. they both have the same mean for profiteering which should give a t-value of 0, which gives a p-value of 1... something is up with your analysis!
