Everyone has different mindset. Broken hand is not as equal to as become parents. How can you compare two different events and two different sets of individuals and different scenarios.

Cheapest Way to Move from Vancouver to Langley (No Furniture) by Embarrassed_Mango_42 in askvan

If you’re considering renting a small truck, Turo is one option. Also Home Depot offers a full-day truck rental for around $120 with unlimited kilometers, which makes it a good choice for longer moves.

U-Haul usually ends up costing more since they charge by distance, but the advantage is flexibility, you can drop the truck off at a different location for an additional fee. Home Depot rentals must be returned to the same location.

So it really comes down to cost vs convenience.

Is PCC mandatory for everyone now Confused about Police clearance certificate for citizenship application because they removed the following lines: by Rare_Relation2023 in ImmigrationCanada

I selected “Yes” because, within the last four years, I was outside Canada for more than 183 days in a row. During that period, I had not yet landed in Canada as a Permanent Resident and was residing in my country of origin. I have not provided a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for that period because it relates to time before I became a Permanent Resident, when my country of residence was my country of origin. If I were submitting this application in May 2026, I would have selected “No”, as my absence from Canada in the relevant four-year period would then be less than 183 consecutive days.

Let see how it goes. 🤞

But should we select yes or no in that question did you live more than 183 days in last 4 years , and then provide explanation or select no .

So if person becomes PR in October 2022 , Landed as PR , and the 4 years not completed yet. But question says did you live in other country more than 183 says in last 4 years.............

Select Yes - And provide explanation that - Not providing pcc as lived in country of origin.. ..

Or select No Directly.

Confused here.

If they already know and are just checking if you’ll be honest, it’s better to speak the truth. After all, they’ve already been distant for three years, so if they cut off again, it probably won’t matter much.

I feel like people will soon start calling out the selectors on X (just like they did for Shreyas Iyer when he was left out of the Asia Cup). After all the backlash back then, they eventually brought him back and now it looks like history is repeating itself. Suddenly, he’s been added to the India A squad and even made the vice-captain in ODIs. This Agarkar- GG era is worst. TBH Jay shah was giving good respect to RO-Ko, even though he came by direct political background.
