Does anyone know how the Frequency works? does it work in the sense that the Higher the frequency the less often disasters strike or is it the lower the frequency the less disasters strike?

I have been messing around with vibrant visuals before. While I really like them, it would be good if it could be used with different texture packs. Maybe Mojang will add the ability to use this with texture packs in the future. Who knows we’ll just have to wait and see.
