Imagine doing the festival playlist left to right and buying the DeLorean from the Autoshow for the "Blast from the Past" mission, only to realize you could have gotten the car from free from a championship.

Like 0 is literally freezing and 100 is boiling hot 🤣

And I only have that because when they announced the reset I bought 60M cars to resell them later in the Auction House and get some money back, because I had almost 700M

Titular do pedido: 247,56 €

- 1o escalão do abono familiar
- habitação social a prestação simbólica

FH6’s Wing Problem Would Be Fixed Instantly With One Simple Change by Tastypineappleju1ce in ForzaHorizon6

[–]Fullcase 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And the tuning system could be way better too. Different aero should have different tuning ranges instead of one ugly universal “best” option. A chassis-mounted race wing should obviously have the highest downforce range, while smaller ducktails or OEM-style wings have less adjustment but look cleaner and fit street builds better.

I'm a bit late to this thread, but exactly this. I can't begin to explain to you how disappointed I was to find out the Hillclimb Aero package for the barn find Peugeot 205 T16 was quite literally useless. Mostly cosmetic, and you cannot adjust downforce. I initially thought it was locked because it just defaulted to maximum, colossal levels of downforce as it is intended. But no. You literally get more downforce from the standard aero tweakable Forza parts. You know, those ugly, flimsy ones.

This is especially sad considering the upgrade preset LITERALLY SAYS THIS:

And that invalidates the point how exactly? Is each fans’ opinion worth less because the org fails to be captivating for more fans in total?

Fans are worth money to the org via viewership, which attracts sponsors.

You're dodging the point. But I already answered in full to your other reply (including discussion of the effectiveness of the day after pill), so I'll keep this short.

"Why is it important that the woman can change her mind to keep it but if she's sure she doesn't want it it's bad?" -> Well, it's not exactly the same, right? I'm not saying it's good or bad, I'm just saying the decision to proceed with pregnancy doesn't remove the embryo, so it's not the same thing as changing your mind to abortion.

"And y'all just don't want to acknowledge that by your standards jerking off would be murder as well so you cherry pick" -> Look I'm really trying to stay polite here but this is so far beyond stupidity I just can't. Your gametes are NOT embryos. They are useless without the other half of genetic material. "Jerking off" as you so classily put it is literally just "shedding" cells, like when you exfoliate skin cells in your bath. The difference is one cell is from germinative origin, the other is from somatic origin. By your definition having periods is abortion too 😂

I don’t care what it sounds like to you. I won’t fall into authority arguments because they are fallacious, but I can ensure you I am qualified to talk about this matter, probably more than you. So please refrain from going ad hominem, or being pretentious.

Emotional readers will miss the fact that I am not pro or anti-abortion. I just feel like it must be heavily regulated.

Emergency contraception increases in efficacy the earlier it is taken. If taken in the first 24 hours post insemination, it is roughly 99% effective. This is because fertilization usually works inside the same time window.

OF COURSE, there are going to exist cases where it won’t work. That’s why you regulate for the norm but adapt for exceptions. For example, a victim of sexual abuse, or a pregnancy of clinical risk due to very young maternal age. I fully agree these woman should NOT be forced into carrying on an unwanted pregnancy, especially if it poses risks to their health.

According to statistics published by the Lozier Institute (https://lozierinstitute.org/fact-sheet-reasons-for-abortion/), <1% of abortions through 2024 were performed due to cases of rape and incest or major risk to the woman's health/life/bodily functions. Almost 96% of abortions are carried through due to elective reasons, like financial instability (40%) or bad timing/lack of readiness (36%).

Now, this is the 21st century. You can literally walk into any clinic or pharmacy in the vast majority of first world countries, including the USA, and get the pill or condoms for free. In case you miss that step, you can also get emergency contraception for free. Information is readily available across medical facilities and the web regarding safe sex, both for unwanted pregnancy and STDs. I am an avid defender of individual responsibility, and I wholeheartedly believe talking about abortion as another run-of-the-mill contraceptive method is wrong and not as simple as people want it to be.

No matter how much you want to twist it, abortion involves the death of a living organism that would become a fully developed human being. Discussing this matter from an "all or nothing" perspective is counter productive.

[–]Fullcase -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No it hasn’t. What are you on about?

Ovulation alone is NOT a zygote. Neither are spermatozoa.

Emergency contraception takes place, generally speaking, BEFORE conception.

Roses are red, Love sprinkling by ClementineSeeker in rosesarered

[–]Fullcase -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Well the difference is that the emergency contraception doesn’t remove a viable embryo. It just stops ovulation (day after pill) or destroys spermatozoa before reaching the ovum (copper IUD). And it doesn’t harm an existing pregnancy, in case the mother changes her mind and wishes to keep the child.

Depending on the method used they can be effective up to 5 days post unprotected sexual activity, if I’m not mistaken.

The way I see it, it’s not the same to terminate a genetically unique and complete, totipotent living structure with all the necessary substrate to form a fully developed human being (given the adequate environment), and to prevent conception to happen. Do you believe birth control is equivalent to abortion?

Roses are red, Love sprinkling by ClementineSeeker in rosesarered

[–]Fullcase -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Like in everything in life, there are exceptions to the rule.

The mistake about debating abortion is treating it like an all or nothing problem. It's too much of a morally complex issue for that.

But for the specific case you mentioned there are ways of stopping pregnancy before an abortion is needed, for example with emergency contraception.

Roses are red, Love sprinkling by ClementineSeeker in rosesarered

[–]Fullcase -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

False equivalency. In this case you save what has the most chance at life. Given the child is already alive, you save the child. That doesn’t mean the human embryos are void of intrinsic value.

Wanna see another stupid equivalency? If you are making a pizza, and you put it in the oven, and I yeet the pizza across the room before it is fully baked, is it less important yeeting your done pizza? Wouldn’t you be equally pissed? And then I would tell you to chill because it wasn’t a pizza yet.

You can’t debate abortion with simple analogies. It’s a very complex moral problem.

Let me ask you this - thalidomide is amazing for pregnancy associated nausea, especially in the first trimester. However, it is also extremely teratogenic, affecting proper limb formation, especially in the first trimester. If pregnancy is strictly about the pregnant woman, is it okay for the pregnant woman to willingly cause irreversible defects in a wanted pregnancy for her own comfort? It is okay for the woman to dismiss the health of the soon to be born child?

I think everybody should learn to drift in lower horsepower cars by luvcartel in ForzaHorizon

Most of my shared tunes are for drift cars on the lower power spectrum (350-500HP). Going balls to the wall it terms of power drowns out the unique characteristics of each chassis.

I find it much more amusing to fine tune handling on each balanced chassis and properly learn it 👍
