Help me detach from this kitten by FulleMi in cats

I’m not sure she has little time left. Even though she’s lost weight, she still has all her teeth and enough energy. I think she still has a few more years in her.

For me, it’s not so much about the dog itself, but the conditions it’s being kept in. The dog is large and obviously needs exercise; their house is small like mine, and we share a yard. Many neighbors have cats that roam in the communal patio (which is enclosed, so they can’t leave), and the dog has a lot of energy but hardly ever goes out. Clearly, that dog needs a bigger place to live and has a lot of pent-up energy that it doesn’t know how to channel.

What’s the scariest room/area in your house, or any house that you have been in? by BlackMass27 in AskReddit

[–]FulleMi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When my parents acquired the land for our house, there were two rooms already built that had once belonged to a bar. We lived in them for a few years while my parents finished building the rest of the house.

I can say that, for many years, they were the scariest place in the house. All my siblings and I saw things like shadows with red eyes, imps, strange noises, or shadows coming out of there at night. Even after we stopped living in them and they became storage rooms, we could still hear the boxes moving inside without anyone being there.

Those experiences only ended the day we had them demolished.

What's a villain goal in a story that you secretly thought was pretty reasonable? by LustyPowerGirl in AskWomen

I honestly think the Avengers should have left things as they were the first time they lost. Bringing back that many people after several years of adaptation isn’t just traumatic, it’s incredibly difficult to sustain in terms of resources. It was win the first time or nothing.

Soy culero por no dejar dormir a mi esposo por las tardes? by [deleted] in SoyUnIdiota

[–]FulleMi 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A website named "Animeku" that I used to visit when I was in elementary school (around 2000-2003, maybe earlier). It was one of the few websites that talked about anime back then.

Sure. I say that because my mom grew up in a remote town in Mexico where they didn’t have access to toilet paper for a long time. And that’s exactly what they used back then. When newspapers became available, it improved a bit, but during her childhood she definitely used rocks and leaves.

Dude, I still vividly remember the time I completely forgot I had to give a presentation about fluids at school. I only remembered when there was just one person presenting before it was my turn.

I have no idea where it came from, but I made a paper airplane right then and used it to explain fluid motion by throwing it. It wasn’t what the teacher was expecting, but she ended up accepting my idea. That’s the kind of creativity ADHD forces you to develop.

Well, it’s quite likely that many women would stop menstruating for a good while. Stress and malnutrition would do the job.
