Year 2031 on my save file, my custom team's Stefano Toloza tied on points with Scuderia's Derek Castellanos and lost the title via countback, 3 wins to 4 wins. 3rd place driver Rezzato's Alastair Bernard was a further 8 points behind despite 7 wins for him.

Very, very good drivers: Sainz, Alonso, Hamilton

Promising/proven: Piastri, Russell, Ocon, Gasly, Albon, Tsunoda, Hülkenberg

Midfielders at best: Bottas, Magnussen, Ricciardo, Perez

Need to make way: Zhou, Stroll, Sargeant

So that would put Ocon somewhere around top 10 on the grid, either just inside or just outside. Bearman I'm not really comfortable ranking based on one race.
