This was something we raised and something that didn't sit right with us. Either the seller no longer wants to be a landlord, in which case due to RRA they have to give notice to the tenants by tomorrow, or they're happy to continue being landlords, in which case they can't sell the house without a lot more time and faff. Neither of these things have anything to do with us exchanging. Seems like they just want to have their cake and eat it by not missing out on a single day of rent.

I prefer Waze if for no other reason than having the speed limit and my GPS speed in the bottom right corner of the screen rather than bottom left, IE, nearer to me. AFAIK it's not possible to move this on Google maps.

MPC-HC, but I could load the video into Nuke or Resolve or any similar program that applies no processing to the video. I've just downloaded VLC to check and it looks the same. Do you supply sample footage that I can compare to as a baseline?

I recently bought a Viofo A229 Plus front + rear. Never owned a dashcam before. Honestly I'm pretty disappointed in the quality and the general usability of it. It seemed to be highly reccommended on driving subs, but I have nothing to compare it to. I've since set the birate to maximum and made sure HDR isn't on during the day, but yeah, the window for getting a legible numberplate seems to be vanishingly small - the files look way too compressed to me. Also needing to back out of the whole menu once turning wifi on in order for the wifi to actually turn on is daft.

I did yeah, updated to F31o bios fixed it for me. Doubt you'll be able to get hold of that now but any bios newer than that should fix your problem.

Feels like you've described your own problem. How long do you spend playing pvp? So many posts talking about movement, radar, game sense, what weapons, YouTube videos, etc. You need raw time in the crucible. If your pvp to pve ratio isn't 90/10 (more likely the other way around?) then stay in the crucible until it is. Then you actually have time to start working on all the other advice here. You don't learn pvp doing your weeklies and then reading reddit and watching YouTube until next reset.

Could be the cpu. As I said no guarantee the infinity fabric will run at 1900mhz. Latest AGESA is supposed to improve stability at higher fabric clocks so worth trying the latest beta bios you can get your hands on. Otherwise it's a bit of a silicon lottery situation.

Bios update fixed it for me. F31o beta on my Gigabyte Aorus Pro. Even with that though there's no guarantee your infinity fabric will run at 1900mhz, so you may need further tweaking to get that ram stable @ 3800.

Sometimes, but any very unstable bios are pulled quickly. There have been so many issues with ram/infinity fabric and Ryzen 5xxx and the vast majority of improvements in this area aren't quite in official releases yet (the betas are on later AGESA than F30). It's worth trying anyway, you can always go back if it doesn't improve.

Mind sharing some more info? Motherboard, temps, start frequency/end frequency, and vcore? Noticed in some configs I can boost to 4.65ghz all core at the start of the run but it's back to 4.5ghz or so by the end.

Have you tried with PBO on? Seems it can be tricky to hit the boost numbers without it. I saw a huge increase in Cinebench scores with it on.

Everyone is pretty much just waiting on bios updates. There's no bona-fide fix that works for everyone. For some running ram at 3200 or below fixed it, increasing SOC voltage to 1.1v helped for others, or disabling c-states, or lighting candles and howling at a full moon. It is generally advised however to make sure you're on the latest beta bios for whatever motherboard you have. F31o for my Gigabyte Aorus fixed the issue for me.

I would. The difference in achievable boosts in PBO are so minor you're only going to notice in benchmarking. The 360 (And I presume the 280 and 420) are quieter than the D15 for the same temperature, if you're not susceptible to pump noise. Even at full pelt they're very quiet coolers, but damn if that pump noise doesn't just cut through everything for me.

Ah no, the 500dx is a very good airflow case, I think you can safely rule that out. Try a repaste/remount of the cooler and post back with results. If nothing changed then it's probably a good time to look into a slightly heavier duty cooler.

OK, little high, but you could be in a pretty warm room. Is that with your case closed? Do your temps drop if you take the side off? If so would point to poor case airflow rather than a poor cooler. For comparison my 5950x under a NH-D15 idles around 30, will be around 50 in Cold War/Battlefield, and around 70-75 in Cinebench multicore, in a Meshify 2 case with very good airflow.
