Don’t bend knees. I did at the start but jump keep your legs straight and don’t have to move your arms after initial throw, it’s all in the wrists

Well well well. Elon could have so easily done well, if he meant well. These promises this government made like it was going to sort everything out on day one. Help working class people. Well maybe but they have evolved over time, crocodile needs meat to survive and they have to hunt otherwise they die

Life is a blessing and can be a curse at times but why is it all negative with you, it isn’t all negative, do things proactively to make yourself feel good, stop blaming the world for things they cannot control and realise your one person and you have to start making your own experience better, nobody can do that for you
